About Us
Located in Harrisburg, Oregon, Clocks Again offers small town servicing values with professional horological skills designed to preserve the integrity of your clock. We are a family business owned by Charles and Sandra Woolsey. We hold memberships in the American Watchmakers–Clockmakers Institute, the National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors, and the British Horological Institute. We believe in the standards set by these organizations and we conduct our business in accordance to them.
We strive to:
- Be competent in the work we perform and guarantee our work
- Use tools and treatment methods that will preserve the historical value of the clocks entrusted to us
- Maintain written and⁄or pictorial documentation of all work performed
- Communicate openly and honestly about the services we offer and the treatment methods we use
- Include the clock owner in service–oriented, decision–making processes whenever possible
- Offer after–service advice on handling and maintenance procedures
- Continually seek horological education to improve our methods
